This policy outlines how Perk Station ships products and deploys machines:
1. Order Processing

Orders and installation bookings are confirmed within 2 business days.

Delivery and installation occur typically within 5–7 business days, subject to location and machine availability.

Expedited installations may be arranged upon request and confirmation of site readiness.
2. Shipping Zones

We service addresses within the UK.

If a site is inaccessible (e.g. remote areas, restricted sites), we’ll notify you and arrange alternatives.
3. Costs

Shipping and delivery are included in installation contracts for onsite services.

Remote product orders may incur standard UK shipping charges (calculated at checkout).
4. International Shipping

International shipping is available by quote only. Import duties and customs are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

We’ll arrange replacements or repairs as needed, at no extra cost.
