Shipping Policy

A legal disclaimer

This policy outlines how Perk Station ships products and deploys machines:

1. Order Processing

  • Orders and installation bookings are confirmed within 2 business days.

  • Delivery and installation occur typically within 5–7 business days, subject to location and machine availability.

  • Expedited installations may be arranged upon request and confirmation of site readiness.

2. Shipping Zones

  • We service addresses within the UK.

  • If a site is inaccessible (e.g. remote areas, restricted sites), we’ll notify you and arrange alternatives.

3. Costs

  • Shipping and delivery are included in installation contracts for onsite services.

  • Remote product orders may incur standard UK shipping charges (calculated at checkout).

4. International Shipping

  • International shipping is available by quote only. Import duties and customs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

  • We’ll arrange replacements or repairs as needed, at no extra cost.
