Refund Policy

At Perk Station (Perkins & Partners Ltd, Reg. 16474803), customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for vending machine or micro-market services/products:

 

1. Eligibility & Conditions

  • Refunds apply only to products sold and delivered by Perk Station.

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or installation.

  • To qualify for a full refund:

    • Products must be unused, undamaged, in original condition and packaging.

    • Services (e.g., machine installation) must not have been fully rendered.

2. Partial or No Refund

  • Service or consumable purchases are non-refundable once used.

  • Partial refunds may be issued based on usage, wear, or missing components.

3. Process

  • Submit refund requests via email to jason@perkstation.com with order details, purchase proof, and reason.

  • We may request visual evidence (e.g. machine photos).

4. Handling

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

  • Refunds are credited via the original payment method.

  • Shipping, handling, and installation fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is our fault.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your purchase is faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days.

  • We'll cover return shipping and replace or fully refund the item.
