1. Eligibility & Conditions

Refunds apply only to products sold and delivered by Perk Station.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or installation.

To qualify for a full refund:

Products must be unused, undamaged, in original condition and packaging.

Services (e.g., machine installation) must not have been fully rendered.

2. Partial or No Refund

Service or consumable purchases are non-refundable once used.

Partial refunds may be issued based on usage, wear, or missing components.
3. Process

Submit refund requests via email to jason@perkstation.com with order details, purchase proof, and reason.

We may request visual evidence (e.g. machine photos).
4. Handling

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Refunds are credited via the original payment method.

Shipping, handling, and installation fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is our fault.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your purchase is faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days.

We'll cover return shipping and replace or fully refund the item.
